My major (kinesiology) makes me feel fat and unfit! Just came back from my senior research class and everyone had to run on the track for 12 minutes to see how many laps you can do. It’s called The Cooper Test to estimate your VO  2max. I think I was the slowest and only did 4 laps. I feel discouraged but I have to work on myself and not get too caught up into this. Oh, btw, this past week was kind of my week off because I was a zombie doing all nighters for my exams. I’m just happy this school week is over and time to get back on the treadmill and elliptical. Stay motivated!
